LGS Gulberg is providing all students with Office 365 accounts. This includes a personal email address and many productivity tools.
OFFICE 365 FOR STUDENTS
Office 365 provides students with a set of hosted collaboration services, communication tools, and mobile, desktop, and web-based applications, as well as data storage capabilities. The online service offers many programs which can help students access online classes, make assignments and collaborate with each other. Additionally, students get access to free online storage through OneDrive, allowing them to access their work from any device even outside the school.

HOW TO USE?
Start Teams.
Sign in with your Office 365 username and password
PICK A SUBJECT TEAM OR CHANNEL
A subject team is your online class where you can find shared documents, assignments and updates. Teams are made up of channels, which are the conversations you have with your teacher and classmates. Each channel is dedicated to a specific topic or project.
JOIN AN ONLINE CLASS
Select Calendar 
on the left side of the app to see the meetings (online classes) scheduled by your subject teachers. Find the meeting (online class) you want, and then select Join.

I do not know my school registration number. Where can I find it?
Your school registration number is printed on your fee challans. Alternatively, you can get your registration number from the School Accounts Office as well.
I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
On the Office 365 login screen, click on Forgot my Password button. Follow the instructions to reset the password for your account.

Can I use OneDrive to store my personal documents?
You should not store personal information (identifiable information or personal pictures etc.) on your OneDrive account or share personal information through your school email account.
Unacceptable uses of OneDrive storage include personal details (such as home address or phone number), sensitive personal information, confidential documents, health information and copyrighted material.
